What are rail specifications
一:Common rail specifications:
- The lengths of light rails are generally 6, 8, and 10. Rail materials: Q235, 55Q; models GB6kg, 9kg, 12kg, 15kg, 22kg, 30kg, YB8kg, 18kg, 24kg, rail specifications: 30kg/m, 24kg/m, 22kg/m, 18kg/m, 15kg/m, 12 kg/m, 8 kg/m.
- The length of the heavy rail is generally 12.5 meters, 25 meters, and 12 meters. Rail material: 45MN, 71MN, rail specifications: 50kg/m, 43kg/m, 38kg/m, 33kg/m.
- The length of the crane rails is generally 12 meters. Rail material: U71MN; rail specifications : QU70kg/m, QU80kg/m, QU100kg/m, QU120kg/m.
- Specifications of railway rails: 75Kg/m, 60Kg/m, 50Kg/m, 43Kg/m.
Expanding knowledge of railway rails:
Heavy-duty rail knowledge: rails with a nominal weight greater than 30kg per meter. Both train rails and crane rails are heavy rails. Train rails: used for laying railways, to withstand the pressure, impact load, and friction during train operation and require sufficient strength and certain toughness.
Strict quality requirements, in addition to guaranteeing its chemical composition, also require inspection of mechanical properties, drop weight test and acid leaching low magnification structure. Production plants include Wuhan Iron and Steel, Anshan Iron and Steel, Baotou Iron and Steel and Panzhihua Iron and Steel.
