rail clip installation

Prerequisites for the rail clip installation

1. The rail presser is installed after the steel beam on the crane rails surface is adjusted;

2. The steel beam of the crane must be

3. The rail pressure device should be installed;

4. Before the installation of the rail clamp, the surface paint of the crane beam is finished and meets the requirements of the current regulations;

5. Before the installation of the rail presser, the track joints should be connected, and the track joints and side bending deviations should meet the requirements of “Steel Structure Engineering and Acceptance Specifications”-83).

6. The welding of the base plate control plate and the steel suspension beam should meet the design requirements.

Installation sequence and essentials

A. Welding the fixed base, the fixed base can be used, the three grooves on the surface and the position of the rail presser can be positioned, and the allowable deviation of the position to the center line of the crane beam is +1.0mm;

B. Put in the T-bolts and push them into place in the direction of the rail;

C. Put in the wedge-shaped adjustment plate, and make the grooved side face up;

D. Install the rail pressure plate, washer, spring washer, and nut in sequence;

E. Move the wedge-shaped adjustment plate, adjust the position of the rail presser perpendicular to the direction of the rail, and then tighten the nut after the rail pressing plate and the lower flange of the rail are tightly pressed;

F. The influence on the disturbance of the crane beam when the fixed plate is welded should be considered in the design or construction.

Note: Welding the track firmware, which we call the track presser, (ie WJK type) is mainly used for the track fixing of the steel crane beam, and can also be used for the track of the ground transportation equipment such as the stacker and reclaimer, the coke pusher, and the coke blocker. fixed.

Study on Cooling Method of SUP9 Spring Flat Steel

Study on Cooling Method of SUP9 Spring Flat Steel Hot rolled spring flat steel bar is mainly used for the automotive industry, and it’s the raw material for automobile leaf spring  manufacturing. The main varieties of spring steel include 60Si2Mn spring steel,  SUP9 spring steel flat bar , 55SiMnVB spring steel. SUP9 spring steel flat bar is produced in accordance with the Japanese standard. At present, many leaf spring manufacturers mostly use SUP9 spring steel as the raw material for manufacturing automotive leaf springs. Compared with 60Si2Mn, SUP9 spring steel has good hardenability and low decarburization tendency, so the mechanical properties and fatigue properties of the leaf springs produced with SUP9 spring steel are better than that of 60Si2Mn steel. However, due to the good hardenability of  SUP9 steel , the hardness is often too high during actual rolling production and cooling. The reheating, quenching and tempering treatment are carried out in...
