The rail clamp design has several functional features:

1. Adjustability: The adjustable length is 15mm, and its adjustability functions include:

2. Anti-loosening: Under the action of the lateral force of the track, through the force analysis of the welding RTYB, a part of these lateral forces are transmitted to the bottom seat through the upper cover plate as the pressure of the bottom edge to seat on the upper cover plate. The other part is the lateral friction between the base and the upper cover. Since the wedge-shaped action between the base and the upper cover plate is converted into the tightening force of the bolts, it has an anti-loosening effect.

3. Self-locking: The three pieces are self-locking together through the interaction of the upper cover, the base, and the fastening bolts. At the same time, the rail presser is placed symmetrically with the crane rails. One side of the rail presser prevents the rail from moving in the left direction of the longitudinal force, and the other side rail presser prevents the rail from running in the right direction of the longitudinal force, so that the rail, the rail presser, and the support beam are self-locking into one.

4. Positive moment: Since the force point is behind the tightening bolt, the tightening load of the bolt will always generate a positive moment on the track.

Features of rail clamps

The purpose of the rail press is to compress and fix the rail, making the vehicle run more efficiently. Due to the long-running time of some rails and frequent start and stop, parking deflection often occurs, resulting in large torque. Over time, the bolts are easily loosened or even damaged. The rail press can make up for this defect, it plays a very important role in the running track and is of great significance.

In order to ensure the quality of the rail presser, the rail presser has strict requirements on materials in the manufacturing process, and its technical conditions meet the standards. The pressing plate is made of carbon steel castings or segmented cast steel, and its mechanical properties meet the requirements of orbital presses. The elastic plate adopts a composite rubber plate, and the rubber plate adopts oil-resistant rubber, and its performance meets the standard of a composite vulcanized rubber plate.

In order to achieve the desired effect, in addition to ensuring the quality of the rail press, it is also necessary to master the correct installation method and comply with its installation requirements. Also, there are two types of orbital presses, ductile iron, and cast steel. Today, the main explanation is the cast rail press.
