2. Pre-embedded bolts and steel base plate

2.1 Embedded bolt specifications and anti-rust treatment
Specifications: M24 with hook type embedded bolt
Material: Q235

2.2 Anti-rust treatment
Q235 Steel plate: PL25x360x3000
The flatness requirement of the steel base plate is:
<1mm/1000mm. The steel backing plate needs to be drilled, and the adjustment bolt holes on the steel backing plate are matched with the adjustment bolts M20x105 (GB5786).

2.3 Anti-rust treatment of steel backing plate:
After the pressure plate base is welded to the steel backing plate, remove the rust stains on the steel backing plate and apply a layer of primer (including the base). The top surface of the pressure plate base and the bottom of the steel backing plate does not need to be painted. After the primer is dry, fix the steel backing plate to the embedded bolts. Apply another coat of intermediate coat (including the base). After the middle coat is dry, apply the second top coat (including the base).

3. Installation order:

·Installation of steel base plate
·Measure and adjust the elevation of the steel backing plate
· Welding pressure plate base pouring glue
·Laying rubber pads ·Install the rails according to the technical requirements
· Rail interface welding
·Tighten the plate clamp according to the specified torque

3.1 Installation of steel backing plate

– Before installing the steel backing plate, the loose concrete and laitance on the surface of the foundation concrete should be chiseled, and the floating ash and water should be removed.
– Install the steel backing plate in accordance with the drawings. If rust is found on the bottom of the steel base plate, it should be removed first. Pay attention not to use acetylene flame to enlarge the embedded bolt holes.
– Use adjustment bolts to accurately control the level of the steel backing plate. Each adjustment bolt can be greased to prevent mortar penetration.
– Weld the base of the pressure plate on the steel backing plate according to the requirements of the installation instructions of the pressure plate. For the spacing of the pressure plate, please refer to the requirements of the construction drawings.
-Weld two 180x50x20 connecting steel plates at the connection of each steel backing plate.
– Adjust the level of the steel base plate and pre-tighten the nut.
