Some pressure plates can no longer be adjusted in the horizontal direction after installation, so after normal loading or thermal expansion and contraction caused by longitudinal movement of the track, it is easy to wear, causing the bolts of the pressure plate to loosen and the pressure plate to rotate, causing the surface of the track to wear and gnaw. If the rail is broken, the rail will be broken in severe cases, which will also affect the wear of the main engine wheels and the damage to the drive mechanism. When using the adjustable combined track platen, the track can be fixed in the horizontal direction and the position of the track can be adjusted horizontally. For example, the QU80 platen allows the lateral adjustment of the track to a distance of 15mm. For example, the QU120 pressure plate allows the lateral adjustment of the track to a distance of 20mm. And it has a self-locking function, which can reliably fix the track and prevent the track from shifting when it is pressed by a large wheel. Use elastic force to fix the track in the vertical direction. That is, the hot glue rubber tongue is pressed on the track indenter, and the tongue is made of synthetic rubber that is wear-resistant, oil-resistant, high-temperature resistant, and corrosion-resistant.
