Rail clamp: also known as welded rail clamp, welded rail fixing device, steel beam rail clamp, welded clamp, no matter what it is called, the only function is to press and fix the rail.
Rail presses can be divided into WJK, SWJK, HWJK series TG38, TG43, TG50, TG60, QU70, QU80, QU100, QU120 by the base, upper cover, piercing, and elastic flat washers.
Rail clamp material: There are two kinds of rail press materials:
1: Semi-cast steel: the upper cover is ductile iron, and the base is cast steel.
2: All cast steel: the upper cover and base are all cast steel.
This time we only introduce the full cast steel rail press: (1) The material of the upper cover, base, and adjustment plate is ZG270-500. It should meet the requirements of 5676-85. Use lost wax fine casting. Class II quantity, dimensional deviation meets JZ67-2 Class II accuracy requirements.
(2) Bolts and nuts are Q235BF steel processing parts, mechanical properties, and chemical composition are specified in GB700-88, bolt surface accuracy is 12.5, and nuts meet the requirements of GB 6170-86.
(3) Flat washers should meet the requirements of GB97.1-85
(4) The spring washer is made of 65Mn or 60si2Mn steel, which should meet the requirements of GB93-87.

Everyone knows that the rail clamp plate is an accessory used to press and fix the rail and the I-beam or concrete beam or the ground. Generally, it is fastened with hexagonal bolts or embedded bolts. The track pressure plate is also called (traffic track pressure plate, crane pressure plate, steel rail pressure plate, lifting rail pressure plate). The track pressure plate is composed of a base, a pressure head, a pressure tongue, a bolt (8.8S), a nut (8H), and a fastening nut. The track clamp is a reliable connection piece for the crane rail and the ground (or load-bearing beam). It is arranged along the entire length of the track. One set is set every 500mm, and the set is two sets. The symmetrical scenery is on both sides of the track and runs on the crane. In the state, it can follow the vertical and lateral impact force and can withstand the additional lateral force generated by the crane’s skewed operation. When the pressure plate of the driving track becomes loose, it will inevitably cause track displacement, rail gnawing, and other failures. In severe cases, it may even cause the driving to derail. Therefore, the track pressure plate is very useful in many places.
