How to use track pressure plat

es and rail pressing device

The track pressure plates are connecting pieces for reliable fixing between the crane rail and the ground (or the bearing beam). It is arranged along the entire length of the track, and one set is set every 500mm. One set is two pairs. In the state, it can follow the vertical and lateral impact force and can withstand the additional lateral force generated by the crane’s skew operation.
The track pressure plates adopt adjustable combined rail pressing plates, which can overcome the failures of the traditional rail pressing plate in use. The traditional pressing plate is often directly pressed with the rail steel to the steel rail in use. Some track pressure plates can no longer be adjusted in the horizontal direction after installation, so after normal loading or thermal expansion and contraction caused by longitudinal movement of the track, it is easy to wear, causing the bolts of the pressure plate to loosen and the track pressure plates to rotate, causing the surface of the track to wear and gnaw. If the rail is broken, the rail will be broken in severe cases, which will also affect the wear of the main engine wheels and the damage to the drive mechanism. When using the adjustable combined track platen, the track can be fixed in the horizontal direction, and the position of the track can be adjusted horizontally. For example, the QU80 platen allows the lateral adjustment of the track to a distance of 15mm. For example, the QU120 pressure plate allows the lateral adjustment of the track to a distance of 20mm. And it has a self-locking function, which can reliably fix the track and prevent the track from shifting when it is pressed by a large wheel. Use elastic force to fix the track in the vertical direction. That is, the hot glue rubber tongue is pressed on the track indenter, and the tongue is made of synthetic rubber that is wear-resistant, oil-resistant, high-temperature resistant, and corrosion-resistant.
The bottom of the rail is laid with a rubber compound backing plate, and the rail is pre-compressed, which can prevent the rail from generating local rail lifting force during the movement of the large wheel pressure, resulting in loose bolts and affecting the damage of each device. It can also allow the rail to move longitudinally when the rail is heated and contracted, without causing wear to the pressing plate rail, and can keep the rail bottom surface of the rail in close contact with the rubber composite backing plate laid on the rail. In order to ensure that the crane can run as smoothly as possible, it is often used to lay welding rails today, that is, to weld all the rails of the crane into one whole, and there is no segmented joint in the middle. However, this type of installation requires higher installation requirements and has a greater thermal amount of expansion and contraction. The debuggable combined rail pressing plate is especially suitable for this type of rail fixing, which can eliminate the disadvantageous factors caused by the use of welded rails.

What are railway rail fasteners?

What are railway rail fasteners? Railway rail fasteners Railway rail fasteners are a kind of railway accessories. The parts used to combine rails and sleepers (or other types of under-rail foundations) on the track are also called central joint parts. Its function is to fix the steel rail on the sleeper, maintain the gauge and prevent the longitudinal and lateral movement of the rail relative to the sleeper. The railway rail fastener system is divided into the shrapnel fastener system, gusset fastener system, and elastic strip fastener system. The gusset-type fastener is composed of a gusset plate, a threaded spike, a spring washer, an iron seat, and a buffer pad. The threaded spike is anchored in the reserved hole of the concrete sleeper bearing platform with sulfur cement mortar, and then bolts are used to fasten the buckle. Plate fastened. There are elastic strips I, II, and III types of clip fasteners. Type I elastic strip is composed of ω elastic strip,  screw spike , gauge b...

What are seamless rails? seamless rails Continuous seamless rails, also known as a welded long rail line, is a line that welds ordinary rails without leaving rail seams. meters or longer. The long rails are laid and fixed on the sleepers within the specified temperature range. There are rail slits at the end of the long rail, and the middle part cannot expand or contract with the temperature rise and fall. Therefore, the middle section of the steel rail will generate a large temperature pressure in summer and a large temperature tension in winter. The large pressure and tensile force in the rail can be calculated according to the annual high and low temperature of the place where the rail is laid. The large pressure on the rail should not cause the rail to buckle, and the large tensile force should not cause the rail to break. The seamless rails line greatly reduces the  rail joints , reduces the impact on the rails when the wheels pass through the joints, is conducive to s...
