Gantry crane rail installation method I – pressing plate fixing method

Lay the guide rail directly on the concrete support beam and fix it with a fishtail pressing plate. The original old workshop adopts this installation method, and the rail support and plant pouring are completed. This installation method has the advantages of stable lifting operation, low vibration, and noise, large cross-sectional area of the support beam, and some are also equipped with pedestrian passages, which are convenient for inspection and maintenance of rails, easy to find, and solve.

This method is applicable to the hanging of the door lines on the construction site. After the stone is paved, the guide rail is paved. Because the pillars and supporting beams are of metal structure, they have large vibration and noise in hoisting operations and small maintenance space. The pillars are required to be firm and stable, and the construction is simple and fast.
