Briefly describe the prerequisites for the installation of the rail clamp plates

1. Prerequisites for product installation
The rail clamp plate adopts an adjustable combined rail pressing plate, which can overcome the failures of the traditional rail pressing plate in use. The traditional pressing plate is often directly pressed with the rail steel to the steel rail in use. Some rail clamp plates can no longer be adjusted in the horizontal direction after installation, so after normal loading or thermal expansion and contraction caused by longitudinal movement of the track, it is easy to wear, causing the bolts of the clamp plate to loosen and the pressure plate to rotate, causing the surface of the track to wear and gnaw. If the rail is broken, the rail will be broken in severe cases, which will also affect the wear of the main engine wheels and the damage to the drive mechanism. When using the adjustable combined track platen, the track can be fixed in the horizontal direction, and the position of the track can be adjusted horizontally. For example, the QU80 rail clamp plates allow the lateral adjustment of the track to a distance of 15mm. For example, the QU120 pressure plate allows the lateral adjustment of the track to a distance of 20mm. And it has a self-locking function, which can reliably fix the track and prevent the track from shifting when it is pressed by a large wheel. Use elastic force to fix the track in the vertical direction. That is, the hot glue rubber tongue is pressed on the track indenter, and the tongue is made of synthetic rubber that is wear-resistant, oil-resistant, high-temperature resistant, and corrosion-resistant.
1. The installation of the rail clamp plates must be carried out after the adjustment of the steel beam on the lifting surface; the rail clamp plates
2. The crane steel beam must meet the requirements of the “Code for Construction and Acceptance of Steel Structure Engineering” (GBJ205-83) and the requirements of the current steel structure code;
3. The rail pressure device should be installed;
4. Before the installation of the rail presser, the surface paint of the crane beam is finished and meets the requirements of the current regulations;
5. Before the installation of the rail presser, the rail joints should be connected, and the rail joints and side bending deviations should meet the requirements of the “Code for Steel Structure Engineering and Acceptance” (GBJ205-83). construction;
6. The welding of the base plate control plate and the steel suspension beam should meet the design requirements.

2. Installation sequence and essentials
A. Welding the fixed base, the fixed base can be used, the three grooves on the surface and the precise position of the rail presser can be positioned, and the allowable deviation of the position to the precise line of the crane beam is ±1.0mm;
B. Put in the T-bolts and push them into place in the direction of the rail;
C. Put in the wedge-shaped adjustment plate, and make the grooved side face up;
D. Install the rail pressure plate, washer, spring washer, and nut in sequence;
E. Move the wedge-shaped adjustment plate, adjust the position of the rail presser perpendicular to the direction of the rail, and tighten the nut after the rail pressing plate and the lower flange of the rail are tightly pressed;
F. The influence on the disturbance of the crane beam when the fixed plate is welded should be considered in the design or construction.

Principle of rail clamp design

Principle of rail clamp design rail clamp design The rail clamp design has several functional features: 1. Adjustability: The adjustable length is 15mm, and its adjustability functions include: (1) The rail presser is easy to install, saves time, and has high precision (2) The track can be adjusted if the structure of the support beam is slightly changed. 2. Anti-loosening: Under the action of the lateral force of the track, through the force analysis of the welding RTYB, a part of these lateral forces are transmitted to the bottom seat through the upper cover plate as the pressure of the bottom edge to seat on the upper cover plate. The other part is the lateral friction between the base and the upper cover. Since the wedge-shaped action between the base and the upper cover plate is converted into the tightening force of the bolts, it has an anti-loosening effect. 3. Self-locking: The three pieces are self-locking together through the interaction of the upper cover, the base, and the

What is rail creep

What is rail creep rail creep Rail creep is also known as line crawl. The creeping phenomenon of the rail along the longitudinal direction of the line. With the increase in railway transportation tasks, the impact of the wheels on the rails when the train is running accelerates the creep of the rails. Rail creep can cause many diseases of the line. In order to prevent the occurrence of track creep diseases, it is necessary to find out the real cause of creeping in order to effectively eliminate the problem. There are two different manifestations: the rails move along the soft sleeper surface due to insufficient fastening pressure of the fasteners; the longitudinal movement of the row is caused by insufficient ballast bed resistance. The reason for this is the longitudinal force of the rail caused by the wheel rolling and longitudinal slip, train braking, the change of rail temperature, and the creep caused by the deflection and deformation of the rail under the action of the wheel load
