TG43 Rail Clamp for P43 rail Supplier from China
TG43 rail clamp is a kind of WJK rail clamp. WJK welded rail clamp, also known as track clamp, is a fastener used to fix rails during rail laying. It is also a welded rail fixture and is a widely used crane beam rail fixing standard.
WJK welded rail clamps are divided into three categories:
(1) Light rail clamps: WJK-TG24, WJK-TG30,
(2) Heavy rail rail clamp: WJK-TG38, WJK-TG43, WJKTG50
(3) Lifting rail clamp: WJK-QU80, WJK-QU100, WJK-QU120

WJK-TG43 rail clamp feature:
1. Ordinary welded rail clamp is a fixing device widely used between steel crane beams and rails in China. The material is usually divided into the following two types: Q235 material: bolt C grade, withstand the maximum lateral force acting on each wheel pressure is 45KN; Q345 material: bolt 8.8 grade, withstand the maximum lateral force acting on each wheel pressure The force is 55KN. The maximum installation height is 85mm;
2. The reduced rail clamp is mainly suitable for special requirements on the installation height of the clamp (the maximum installation height is 71mm). The material is Q345, the bolts are 8.8 high-strength bolts, and the maximum lateral force acting on each wheel pressure is 40KN. The overall requirements are the same as those of ordinary welded rail clamps.
3. The thickened welded rail press is mainly used to fix the crane rails with elastic composite rubber pads at the bottom of the rails. There are generally two types: ordinary thickened type and reduced thickened type. The installation heights are respectively: 85mm and 71mm. The ordinary thickened type is made of Q235, the bolt is grade C, and the maximum lateral force acting on each wheel pressure is 45KN; the reduced and thickened type is made of Q345 bolts, which are high-strength bolts of 8.8, which bear the pressure of each wheel. The maximum lateral force at the position is 40KN; it meets the requirement of using a rubber pad with a height of 7mm.
4. There are two types of elastic composite rubber pads: full-length pads and intermittent pads. One pad is added at every two sets of rail clamps for intermittent laying. In order to eliminate the “curved bow wave” effect, it is recommended to lay rubber pads over the entire length under heavy-duty conditions with a lifting capacity> 30T.
