Rail clip 9116 adjustable rail fixing clip is specially designed for crane rail.Its greatest advantage is that it has a very low height after installation and it can help to fix the rail on the narrowest steel girder.It can not only minimize installation cost,but also meet all usages of the cranes with horizontal guide rollers .

  1. 9116 clip can be used for various cranes with or without guidewheels.

  2. The flexible track pressing plate is equipped with a vulcanized rubber pressing tongue, which greatly reduces noise and improves the working environment while pressing the track.

  3. The pressure plate has a self-locking function, which automatically locks by tilting the upper and lower parts through the wedge structure.

  4. The most advantageous installation size can be provided. During installation, there is no need to make holes on the steel beam, and the bolts do not need to be perforated from under the steel beam. They only need to be welded to the foundation surface of the steel plate supporting the guide rail. The upper pressure plate and the welded base are locked together with 8.8 bolts.

  5. The flexible track pressure plate can well control the allowable deviation of the steel rail and the crane beam, and provides great convenience for the lateral adjustment of the crane track installation or maintenance.9116 clip specification:
