The main operation mode of the overhead crane is the orbital operation, that is, the wheel supports the whole crane and transmits the gravity to the lower 40×60 crane rail, and the 40×60 crane rail receives the concentrated pressure from the crane wheel and guides the wheel to run. Therefore, the track device is the direct load-bearing structure of the crane device. Usually, special rails that meet the requirements of the wheels are used as crane rails. However, if the crane is in a high-speed, frequent or large-wheel working environment, the existing fixing method cannot meet the performance requirements. At this time, the phenomenon that the rail press plate bolt is broken is extremely likely to occur. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the mechanical morphology and laws of 40×60 crane rail devices.
The research and calculations in this paper mainly discuss the influence of two factors on the stress of the rail press plate. One is the movement of the load, and the other is the arrangement of the rail press plate. In the true case, there are usually a large number of sets of rail press plates arranged on the track, and the main function is the rail press plate near the point of force of the rail. In general, rail presses that are far from the point of force are usually very unaffected by forces or forces. Therefore, in the future, the calculation is simplified. This paper selects a small section of track and the track plate above it for research. Firstly, the three-dimensional geometric modeling of the track and track plate is carried out, then assembled, and then imported into the finite element pre-processing software for processing, and finally the finite element calculation and analysis. For the purpose of this study, that is, the influence of weight movement on the stress of the rail press plate, seven kinds of working conditions will be adopted respectively, and each working condition corresponds to one running position of the wheel, so as to obtain the weight moving law to the rail pressing plate stress. For the second purpose of this paper, the influence of the layout of the rail press plate on its stress distribution is modeled and calculated by using symmetric and cross-type two platen arrangements, and the stress distribution of the rail plate is analyzed by different arrangements. In general, the track set consists of the following four parts: rails, rail clamps, structural beams and bolts. The structural beam is mainly used to place the track and the rail pressure plate, and plays a supporting role. The force and deformation have little effect on the structure of the pressure plate. Therefore, this paper does not geometrically model it, but uses it as a constraint simulator. That is, a plurality of lines are selected equidistantly from the bottom surface of the track, that is, the surface in contact with the structural beam, and a constraint is imposed thereon.
