Selection and Inspection of 40×60 Flat Crane Rail
The crane rail includes special rails, railway rails as square rails, like 40×60 flat crane rail and P-rails. Most of the crane carts and trolleys now use P-type rails. The track inspection trolley is mainly composed of a driving unit and can quickly advance and retreat and slowly advance and retreat in the track to adapt to different measurement requirements. The adjustment buttons on both sides of the cart can be used to allow it to operate safely on 40×60 flat crane rail in the range of 69 mm to 129 mm. The control unit belongs to the center of the detection trolley, which is capable of receiving signals from the ground operator, supervising and controlling the movement of the trolley, and being able to discern whether the speed is slowed down, as well as the damage mark and the stop motion, depending on the operation. The track inspection trolley can reach a maximum of 0.55 meters per second. However, in order to ensure the accuracy of the detection, the speed during the dynamic detection process is less than or equal to 0.15 meters per second. In the course of work, the trolley should be placed on the 40×60 flat crane rail, the large lead screw should be adjusted, and the two side wheels on the side of the 40×60 flat crane rail should be tightened by the four side wheels on the side as the standard for detection, as the rigidity adjustment. On the other side of the two side wheels, there are large springs on the pillars for elastic adjustment. The degree of tightening force can be adjusted by the expansion and contraction of the spring. Then adjust the small screw, so that the four side wheels on the lower side are tightly clamped to the waist of the 40×60 flat crane rail. The side wheel bracket is lined with small springs. It is elastically adjusted, so that the tension of the small spring can be used to adjust the force of the waist of the track to avoid overturning during the driving of the car. When the motor is turned on, the measuring car will follow the stable movement of the track and carry out the testing work with several mounted measuring devices.
Through further elaboration of the selection of the 40×60 flat crane rail and its inspection and testing, we have learned that the standard operation of the crane should be that all the wheels are rolling without any slip on the track, and the rim does not directly touch the running track. In fact, due to a variety of factors, the gauge distance and parallelism of the crane rails and the straightness are higher than the required errors, causing forced contact between the wheel rim and the track during the crane running, which causes friction and even damage. Moreover, the crane track inspection system has poor accuracy and low efficiency. To improve the accuracy and efficiency of the current crane track detection, a new type of track detection system must be used.
