New Detection Method for Crane Rail Square Bar
Crane rail square bar—With the expansion of industrial production scale, the application of cranes in modern production is getting bigger and bigger, and the requirements of cranes are getting higher and higher. One of the main problems in crane operation is the crane rail square bar gnawing. When the crane rail square bar gnawing is severe, it may cause derailment accident. Therefore, regular inspection of the crane rail square bar is of great significance. The crane rail square bar detection parameters stipulated by the national standard mainly include the straightness in the horizontal plane of the monorail and the vertical plane in the vertical plane, and the span and height difference in the same section of the double rail. Currently, testing is based on two methods, namely laser alignment and total station method. The former detection is easy, but for large-span crane rail square bar, the image of the spot appears fluttering and ripples, and the detection effect is not ideal. The latter can obtain relatively high detection accuracy by using the total station instrument, but the existing method is established in the air when detecting the rail of the cart. So there will be some problems such as high risk factor and inconvenient detection. This paper proposes a new crane rail square bar detection method. When we obtain higher measurement accuracy and farther measurement distance, the working environment is moved to the ground, and a unified global coordinate system is established by the total station to detect two rails. It makes detection more convenient and data processing easier.
The basic idea of crane rail square bar detection is to obtain the actual curve of the rail by a certain method and device, and then obtain the parameters of the rail to be sought through data processing according to the corresponding algorithm. For the acquisition of the rail curve, it is generally designed to run on the rail by designing a corresponding rail inspection device such as a rail inspection car or a rail inspection instrument, and using the walking track to obtain the actual curve of the track. However, due to the large span of the crane rail square bar and considering the super-long span of the rail, it is impossible to design a measuring bridge spanning two rails like the measuring machine, the elevator and the railway track, so that all the parameters of the two rails can be measured at one time. For the crane rail, it is generally designed to operate the rail inspection device on a single rail, measure the two rail parameters separately, and then put the two curves in the same coordinate system in a certain way through the corresponding algorithm to get the two-rail joint parameters. The coordinate system is established with the total station as the origin, and the rail inspection device runs on two rails seperately. By aiming at the slope distance between the total station and reflection prism or the reflection target center through some position of total station, and the angle of the total station in the horizontal and vertical directions, space coordinates of the two rail detection points at the whole station. The spatial shapes of the center line of the top surface of the rail can be recontructed.
