Crane rail flat bar detection requires the detector to be as smooth as possible to reduce vibration and shaking during operation. The overall center of gravity should be as close as possible to the top of the crane rail flat bar and near the center axis of the crane rail flat bar to keep the unit stable. The target of the reflective target should be as close as possible to the center line of the top surface of the crane rail flat bar and ensure that the light is not blocked by itself when measuring. The crane rail flat bar clamping device of the instrument clamps the side of the rail through the guide wheel to maintain the running posture, and a spring urging mechanism is used to maintain the tension of the guide wheel to facilitate the passage of the rail joint and the unevenness of the side of the rail. The detector components are mainly designed with positioning components, clamping components, proximity switches, front wheel components, drive components, circuit board brackets, rear wheel components, trays, frames, reflective target lifting rods, reflective target bases, reflective targets, etc. One side of the instrument is a positioning component, which is used to ensure the running direction of the rail along the rail direction, and to ensure that the center line of its shape coincides with the center line of the top surface of the rail. The positioning arm is in contact with the inclined side of the rail 1:10, and the joint bearing is used as the contact part, and the contact has become the surface contact, which ensures the positioning and clamping clarity.
The other side of the instrument is a clamping part. The joint bearing seat and the positioning arm are connected by springs and bolts, mainly for the purpose of ensuring that the positioning parts are not stuck during operation under the premise of packaging positioning accuracy. During the installation process of the rail, the two clamping members and the two positioning members can be rotated 180° about the fixed axis to the rail face to clamp the side of the track to clamp the track. Both the clamping part and the positioning part are equipped with anti-rollover arms, which can be twisted around the rotating shaft under the action of the torsion spring. When an obstacle is encountered, the rollover arm can be rotated to avoid the obstacle. When the device is turned over in an unexpected situation, the anti-rollover arm can hold the track tightly to ensure safety and reliability. The reflective target lifting rod can adjust the elongation distance of the reflective target to ensure that the measured light is not blocked by the instrument itself at different orbital heights.
