Mainly check the size of the end of the crane rail steel flat bar to be welded, and confirm that the end crane rail steel flat bar is free from damage, cracks and distortion. In case of damage, the cracked crane rail steel flat bar must be sawn off and the distortion must be straightened. When we weld old rails, the joint must be sawn off when there is a low joint or damage at the end of the crane rail steel flat bar head. For the end face cleaning of the rail, use a wire brush or an angle grinder to clean the two ends of the rail, and the length of the cleaning brush is not less than 200mm. When the rail is welded, it needs to be padded, and the distance between the joints at the joint is as close as possible under the condition of easy operation. Adjust the rail gap size to 24mm-28mm. When you fix the rail, you should adjust the smoothness of the joint from a distance to adjust the smoothness of the joint, then install the railing device, and place the 1 meter ruler on the side of the rail heads on both sides. By adjusting the rails, the rails at both ends are tight. Stick to the ruler and check the rail bottom of the rail to meet the same requirements. When the joint is fixed, the amount of arching should be adjusted (the upper welding area is large, to ensure the flatness of the rail after welding, and the welding deformation is increased before welding), and the height is 3mm-5mm. The other end of the 1 meter ruler is 3mm-5mm from the top of the rail, and the other side can be adjusted to the same height in the same way. If the dimensions of the two sections of the rail are different, keep the working surface as smooth as possible. The rail device must be cooled to below 300 °C to be removed.
