This method can also be used when the elevation line is marked on the column. When the level is measured for height and level, a scale with a minimum scale of 1 mm is applied and placed straight in the center of the top surface of the 30×50 crane rail. Regarding the 30×50 crane rail joints with the gap and joint offset, the joint gap is measured with a thickness gauge and can also be measured directly with a steel ruler. The deviation of the general joint and expansion joint should be within the allowable range. The joint offset is measured on the measuring surface with a level ruler or a straight ruler, and the offset is measured within the allowable range. The joints of the corresponding rails shall be staggered not less than 600 mm and shall not be equal to the large wheelbase. The joint plate bolts should be used with the joint plate.
